PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Managers of the Bois de Sioux Watershed District will hold reconvene several public hearings, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on August 15, 2024, at the District’s Office located at 704 Highway 75 South, Wheaton, MN 56296, to include:

The purpose of the hearing is to review the engineer’s report to the Bois de Sioux Watershed District authority pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103E.555 showing that the construction contracts are complete. The engineer’s reports have been filed with the watershed authority and are available for public inspection. Any party objecting to the acceptance of a contract(s) may appear at the hearing and be heard. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing (and by mail through the date before the hearing) at the District’s Office.
